    Dry White Wines

 2009 Pinot Grigio - Sold out

It's fresh on the palette with notes of Granny Smith apples and hints of melon-kiwi-jasmine and honey. It lingers with a light tropical finish.

 Pair this wine with any fish or seafood throughout the year. It also goes well with summertime and picnic dishes such as summer green salads, chicken salads, and pasta salads. For pizza lovers, this wine would go well with any white pizza, pizza with shrimp, or Hawaiian pizza. 

2009 Sauvignon Blanc

Medium -bodied white wine is crisp and refreshing with flavors of passion fruit and lemon grass finishing with a beautiful hint of citrus.

The balanced and smooth character of this wine makes it a go-to wine with any seafood. It has enough depth and substance to stand up to ethnic dishes such as quesadillas or samosas. It will pair beautifully with citrus-sauced dishes -- and could even be served with lightly grilled meats on a summer evening.  

2009 Viognier        

This bright wine features light floral aromas with notes of apricot, peach, and honeysuckle; it ends with a light tang of citrus.

Pairs well with steamed crabs or any crab dish and other shellfish and fish, especially those fish/seafood dishes made with cream sauces. It is a nice, light choice to partner with roast chicken and turkey, mild curries, Indian, and Asian foods -- in fact, put this wine on your sushi-friendly list if you prefer wine to Japanese beer when you eat sushi!

2010  Vidal -  "Silver Medal Winner" 


This elegant off-dry Vidal wine reveals impressive bouquet of stone fruit and floral. It mingles its clean fruity flavors of orange zest, and stone fruit with a pleasant citrus finish.

Excellent partner with grilled Salmon or Tuna, any Pasta with white sauce. Also great while nibbling on some Edam or Swiss cheese.

This off dry spicy, fragrant wine entwine rose petal, honeysuckle, orange peel and light spicy flavors, sure to please your palate. 

The heavy, exotic spiciness of Asian and Mexican dishes pairs well with the light floral spiciness of Traminette.. Pork, Turkey, seafood also pair well. great while nibbling on Cheddar, Fontina,Livarot, Muenster and Raclette chesses  


                          
 

 

    Dry Red Wines

 

2009 Cabernet Sauvignon- Sold Out

2011 Cabernet Sauvignon -  Sleeping quietly in the French Oak barrels, 2011 should be wakening, to be bottle sometime around Late May of this year?

This medium-bodied wine with its rich plum color is aged in French Oak. It mingles its flavors of plum and warm spice with woodsy and earthy notes. It is not overly aggressive on the palate and is maturing nicely with age.

This is a good meat wine. Think roasts, steaks, chops -- even turkey roasts and veal chops. This wine will pair well with them all.

2009 Crimson Moon - was a    "Silver Medal Winner"  
2011 Crimson Moon - will be bottle  and ready for sale sometime around mid April of this year

 This light-bodied blend of Merlot, Syrah, and Malbec presents your palate with notes of black cherry, lavender, and a vanilla bean finish. 

The balance of this wine makes it the perfect accompaniment to many types of food from hamburgers to roasted turkey. Also think soups and stews during the winter and summer pasta dishes or a summer picnic lunch!  .

2011 Malbec -  Malbec will be bottle sometime around mid April of this year

This very special  medium-bodied  wine with its gorgeous garnet color, notes of blackberry, spice and a dark chocolate finish.

This is definitely a wine savor and enjoy with pork BBQ, meat-lovers pizza or pasta with red sauce..
 roasts and grilled meats with nothing heavier than, say, a light peppercorn sauce are the perfect partners. 

2009/10 Cab Franc -     "Bronze Medal Winner" 2012 WineMaster Choice award

Ruby red color with classic aromas and flavors of sweet toast from our french oak barrels. Elegant flavors of raspberries, dried black cherries, hints of black pepper and a sweet earthiness left dancing on your palette.

 Serve this versatile wine with pizza, poultry, lasagna, tomato-based dishes, pork, beef, Middle Eastern fare, veggie pizza, and Greek cuisine. 
 


2010 Merlot -  2009  was a  "Silver Medal Winner"

This dark plum -dry Merlot with earthy notes weave elegantly around plum and black cherries flavors that fills the palate with a bold finish.  

Fairly versatile when it comes to food pairing options. Poultry, red meat, pork, pastas, salads - Merlot can handle them all well.

 

 

        

 

         Semi-Sweet Wines

2012 Harford Blush

This vibrant, fun-spirited semi sweet wine with dark Cherry, Strawberry, toasted almond and a  light tropical finish. A nose full of minerals and stone fruit, followed by tropical notes

This  semi sweet wine pairs well with most cheese and crackers, Seafood, light pasta dishes, salads and chicken dishes or just by itself.

Vidal,Traminette,and Cauuga grapes combines the best qualities of each grape to create this well balanced semi-sweet wine. Flowery,fruity aromas with overtones of exotic tropical fruit, honeysuckle, pear and ginger spice. Sunshine in a Glass.

This is a wine to quaff on a summer day or pairs well with hors d'oeuvres, light salads with fruit or perhaps, a fruit dressing.

                 
                                      

 

        Sweet Wines

 

 2012 Paint The Town Red

A sweet red blend that presents you with a nose full of honey and floral aromas followed by vibrant flavors of candied strawberry and raspberry, spice, and vanilla bean. 

Serve chilled with a honeyed fruit dessert or a pear or peach poached in brandy and served with whipped cream. This wine loves Dark Chocolate!


2012 Peach Kissed Vidal - 2010 "Silver Medal Winner" 

That lovely fresh peach taste of this wine comes straight from the peach orchard. This wine is a blend of Vidal grape and fresh peaches. The delicate flavors of stone-fruit, peach puree,  with a soft finish is a must try.

Try this wine as a topping for vanilla bean ice cream or as an ingredient in a summer trifle. This wine is also a nice dessert wine solely on its own!

The beautiful floral and spicy character of this wine and its gorgeous color make it a perfect wine to drink on the patio while you are enjoying any summertime dessert.
