Shipping
Orders are shipped via UPS or common carrier on a prepaid basis, billed on your invoice.

Damage or Loss Claims
When you sign for your freight bill, be sure to verify the number of cartons received. Any discrepancy or damages must be signed by the driver at the time of delivery on the freight bill in order to honor the claim.

Customer Pickup
Please call 24 hours in advance when picking up large orders. Please check your order before leaving HV for any damages or discrepancy .

Returned merchandise must be authorized by Harford Vineyard and may be subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
