If you send an email, please be sure to include your name, address, phone number and email address, as well as the name of the person the gift certificate is for.

Shipping cost will be determined once your order is packed and ready to be shipped
Orders are shipped via UPS or common carrier on a prepaid basis, billed on your invoice.
Damage or Loss Claims
When you sign for your freight bill, be sure to verify the number of cartons received. Any discrepancy or damages must be signed by the driver at the time of delivery on the freight bill in order to honor the claim.
Returns
Returned merchandise must be authorized by Harford Vineyard and is subject to a 25% restocking fee. Merchandise must be returned within 30 days of original purchase date.
Cancellation
Cancellation of any Grape or juice order you will be charge 10% + you could loose deposit and be charge for the balance if what you order can not be sold in timely manor.
